Ramadan is slated to begin on Friday, July 20, Insh’Allah.

Taraweeh (evening) prayers begin at 10:30 p.m. following Isha prayers at 10:15 p.m.

Community-sponsored Iftaars (fast breaking) will take place every evening at the Islamic Center of St. Joseph. To sponsor an Iftaar, please contact Brother Asif Tai at 832-755-1506.

The first day of Ramadan will be Friday, July 20, 2012.

Eid al-Fitr is on Sunday, August 19, 2012, inshaAllah.

“O you who believe, fasting is prescribed to you as it was prescribed to those before you, that you may (learn) self-restraint.” Qur’an 2: 183

May Allah (swt) keep us on the right path, and accept our fasting and prayers. Ameen.
